The forward planning, and smooth running of your wedding is extremely important to us, as it is this attention to detail that will make your wedding day run to perfection, and without a hitch!

To this end, we have set out below an outline of the procedures and critical deadlines leading up to, and including the wedding day. Throughout the whole process we will of course be available to accommodate any requests you may have prior to your wedding.

The following information below will also enable you to organise your arrangements in your own country and fully understand the wedding procedures required to marry on Cyprus.

Stage 1
Upon confirmation from the client to proceed with the wedding,all information available at that time will be confirmed by email and will also include a quotation and a deposit invoice. This deposit is non refundable.

Stage 2
On confirmation from the bank of the deposit being received,the wedding date will be booked with the registrar. A receiptwill be sent back to the client via emailacknowledging the deposit, and this will be accompanied by; Confirmation of your wedding booking, a detailed record of the necessary current legal documentation requirements and we shall advise the amount of the final payment and legal documents due dates, which will be 6 weeks prior
to arrival.

Stage 3
If you are booking a wedding package that includes we will confirm date and time of your meeting which takes place throughout the year. This meeting will last approximately two hours giving you the opportunity to talk about your wedding plans in great depth.

Wedding Extras
To save any disappointment, we request all additional extras are confirmed by the 31st March in the year of your wedding. At this stage we shall also

request the following details:

  • Departure and arrival date and time in Cyprus
  • The name of the tour operator used – if applicable
  • The name and location of the resorts accommodation
  • Mobile phone contact numbers
    (All optional extras can be settled at your consultation meeting in resort)

Stage 4

When final payment is received (6 weeks prior to your arrival) notification will be given of the date and time of your consultation meeting. This meeting will be as soon as is practical and typically within 2 days of your arrival in Cyprus, and the meeting will normally take up to 2 hours.

Please note: We recommend at least 3 days you are in resort prior to your wedding day.

Your Arrival

As arranged we will meet with you for your consultation. This meeting will take place at your accommodation and will last approximately two hours; this meeting will cover all aspects of your wedding day and any final details that need to be arranged.

We will also provide you with a local network mobile phone which gives you peace of mind that we are only a phone call away for any last minute questions or changes you may have before your wedding day.

The Wedding Day

We have 2 co-ordinators who will deal with you directly, plus other staff allocated to carry out all other necessary behind the scenes functions and arrangements during the day.

The dedicated co-ordinator will make a brief early morning telephone call to the bride or groom to establish whether there are any last minute requests or concerns.

Your co-ordinator will arrive at the bride’s accommodation approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony and will have already spoken to the additional co-ordinator who will be in place at the wedding ceremony venue awaiting the arrival of the groom and wedding guests. She will greet them and introduce the groom and best man to the photographer  (if booked)

After your ceremony you will be escorted on to your reception venue which will have already been checked and dressed as requested by your co-ordinator. A co-ordinator will stay on hand for pre lunch or dinner  cake cutting and make sure you and your guests are settled before leaving.

The Ceremony: All ceremonies are conducted in English and two witnesses are required which must be the minimum age of 18 (Passport copies are required for witnesses)

After Your Wedding Day

After your wedding you are legally married and you will be given your marriage certificate. If you are worried about losing your marriage certificate, you can if you wish request your co-ordinator to keep a hold of it until your final meeting.

Final Meeting
After your wedding your wedding co-ordinator will be in touch to arrange a suitable day and time for your final meeting. If you have booked our  photographer at this stage you will receive your photography package as
arranged.
